Spring Clean Your E-Waste

Spring cleaning is right around the corner, and electronic waste (e-waste) - any electrical or electronic items that have reached the end of their lifespan- is a major source of clutter.  Consider recycling e-waste to free up space!¹

Recycling e-waste is eco-friendly and energy-efficient.  Reclaiming and reusing valuable metals like gold, copper, and silver materials from old electronics requires less energy than mining and manufacturing new ones.¹  Yet, according to TheRoundup, only 17.4% of e-waste is known to be collected and properly recycled. ²

Find an e-waste recycler near you at wastefreesd.org. You can search by item type and location to ensure your e-waste is recycled properly.
